Decribe a time you felt completely lost

 Prompt: A time I felt completely lost was my freshman year of highschool. I was so lost in the halls and did not know where any of my classes were. I had so many new teachers and was unsure if I had classes with any of my friends. There were so many other people making the commute from class to class a challenge. I was unsure of how hard all of my classes were going to be and what if all of these new classes were so much more difficult that I had ever imagined and I wasn't prepared. This is a time that I felt completely lost. 

Summary: Today in class we present our slideshow presentations on "The Jealous Father" story.

Reflection: I learned the definition of a theme and how to write one better than the previous theme that I had wrote.

 Prompt: One time I faced a risky situation was when I was learning to drive on a busy road. Cars were flying by, and I had to stay completely focused to avoid an accident. I kept my eyes on the road and followed every direction carefully. My focus helped me stay calm and safe, and it showed me how quickly things can go wrong if you lose concentration. Just like in Robert Frost’s poem. Summary: Today in class we went over the poem "Out, Out" by Robert Frost and annotated it. Reflection: I learned more about Robert Frost and got to analyze one of his pieces of poetry that I had never read before.

Describe one thing that makes you different from other people.

 Prompt: One thing that makes me feel different is hanging out with family and friends. I also enjoy playing sports or other hobby's I have. But, it's always the best to get to hang out with some of the people who I know care about me. I find happiness in being with the people who love me and building more and more memories over time with these people is something that makes me feel different. Summary: I was absent but we did an identifying theme worksheet. Reflection: I learned how to identify better than I was before.
