Of today’s 15 vocabulary words, which three do you think you will use the most in your speaking and writing this semester? Explain why each word feels useful or powerful to you.

Prompt: Out of the 15 words we learned the 3 I would use the most is aesthetic, ambiguous, and adventitious. I would use aesthetic because it is a fun word to say and I cannot think of any other words that describe beauty of something as aesthetic. I would use ambiguous because it is helpful when talking about something that means more thing than one its the perfect word. Finally, adventitious will be used because it describes something from an external source well.

Summary: Today in class we looked at poetry.

Describe one thing that makes you different from other people.

 Prompt: One thing that makes me feel different is hanging out with family and friends. I also enjoy playing sports or other hobby's I have. But, it's always the best to get to hang out with some of the people who I know care about me. I find happiness in being with the people who love me and building more and more memories over time with these people is something that makes me feel different. Summary: I was absent but we did an identifying theme worksheet. Reflection: I learned how to identify better than I was before.
