 Prompt: A truth I was afraid to accept was that failure is a part of learning. I always wanted to get everything right the first time, and when I made mistakes, I felt embarrassed. Over time, I realized that failing doesn’t mean I’m not capable of it just means I’m growing and learning. Accepting that truth helped me see mistakes as opportunities instead of setbacks.

Summary: Today we took notes on how to write an essay.

Reflection: I learned how to write different thesis statements.

Describe one thing that makes you different from other people.

 Prompt: One thing that makes me feel different is hanging out with family and friends. I also enjoy playing sports or other hobby's I have. But, it's always the best to get to hang out with some of the people who I know care about me. I find happiness in being with the people who love me and building more and more memories over time with these people is something that makes me feel different. Summary: I was absent but we did an identifying theme worksheet. Reflection: I learned how to identify better than I was before.
