 Prompt: A conversation that changed me was when a speaker said, “The easiest way to learn something is to teach it to someone else.” It made me see that explaining ideas can help strengthen understanding, not just for others but for yourself too.

Summary: In class today we went over the argumentative essay notes and did a worksheet finding claims and using evidence from the text.

Reflection: I got better at finding evidence.

Describe one thing that makes you different from other people.

 Prompt: One thing that makes me feel different is hanging out with family and friends. I also enjoy playing sports or other hobby's I have. But, it's always the best to get to hang out with some of the people who I know care about me. I find happiness in being with the people who love me and building more and more memories over time with these people is something that makes me feel different. Summary: I was absent but we did an identifying theme worksheet. Reflection: I learned how to identify better than I was before.
