When you are in a mood that you do not like, what are some strategies that you use to change your mood?
Prompt: When I’m in a bad mood, I usually try to distract myself by putting on my headphones and listening to my favorite music. Sometimes I’ll go for a walk or just play a video games for a bit to stop thinking about whatever is bothering me. Taking a break and getting some space usually helps me reset and feel more like myself again.
