 Prompt: One of the most compelling issues in my research on the Global War on Terrorism is how difficult it is to define "terrorism" across different countries, which makes it hard to create a unified international strategy. I find this really important because if world leaders can't even agree on who the enemy is, it's almost impossible to stop long-term threats or protect people effectively.

Summary: Today our group looked at all of our sources and picked what ones we though the best.

Reflection: I improved my ability to look over sources and decide what ones were better than others.

 Prompt: One time I faced a risky situation was when I was learning to drive on a busy road. Cars were flying by, and I had to stay completely focused to avoid an accident. I kept my eyes on the road and followed every direction carefully. My focus helped me stay calm and safe, and it showed me how quickly things can go wrong if you lose concentration. Just like in Robert Frost’s poem. Summary: Today in class we went over the poem "Out, Out" by Robert Frost and annotated it. Reflection: I learned more about Robert Frost and got to analyze one of his pieces of poetry that I had never read before.

Describe one thing that makes you different from other people.

 Prompt: One thing that makes me feel different is hanging out with family and friends. I also enjoy playing sports or other hobby's I have. But, it's always the best to get to hang out with some of the people who I know care about me. I find happiness in being with the people who love me and building more and more memories over time with these people is something that makes me feel different. Summary: I was absent but we did an identifying theme worksheet. Reflection: I learned how to identify better than I was before.
